Welcome to the Fall 2026 Edition The Road Ahead, a newsletter from the Harborfields High School Counseling Center.  As your school counseling team, We are committed to supporting each child’s academic achievement, social-emotional wellness, and smooth transitions throughout their educational journey.

College Representatives Are Visiting HHS! 


Over the next 10–12 weeks, more than 100 colleges and universities will be sending representatives to Harborfields High School. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to ask questions, make connections, and demonstrate their interest.  We encourage Junior and Seniors to attend.

Methodize  is a  user-friendly digital platform that features lessons, quizzes, full-length sample tests, downloadable study guides, and a wealth of strategies and resources.

In addition to standardized (SAT/ACT) test prep, Methodize provides support for Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Financial Literacy, and Academic Success, helping students achieve their personal goals.

SUNY FREE APPLICATION WEEK
APPLY FOR UP TO 5 SUNY SCHOOLS FOR FREE!

The SUNY Free Application Week for 2026 is scheduled for October 19- November 2, 2026. During this two-week period, prospective students can apply to up to five SUNY schools with no application fee, which can save applicants up to $50 per school. To take advantage of this, students should complete either the Common Application or the SUNY Application.
