As stated in the 2025-26 Harborfields Course Offering Handbook, all students enrolled in an Advanced Placement course must take and pay for the AP examination. Failure to do so will result in a change of course name. It is expected that seniors notify such changes to colleges. Payment is due by Friday, November 14, 2025. 

The cost to take an AP exam is $105.00 per exam and payment must be made online through the total registration website. 

Payment must be received by Friday, November 14, 2025. ANY change (DROPPING an AP course or ADDING an AP course) after this date will incur an additional $40.00 change fee.

• LATE ORDER FEE: $40.00 per exam in addition to the base exam fee ($105) for orders submitted after the November 14th regular ordering deadline.
• CANCELLATION FEE: $40.00 per exam for exams canceled after November 14th. A $65 refund will be issued. 

By registering online for an AP exam, students are acknowledging that they have read the AP Bulletin for Students and Parents, and agree to abide by all policies and procedures set forth by College Board and Harborfields High School during the exam period.

• AP Physics 1 - register for AP Physics 1 only.
• AP Physics 1 & 2 - register for AP Physics 1 and AP Physics 2.
• AP Physics C - register for AP Physics C: Mechanics and AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism.
• AP Calculus AB - register for either AP Calculus AB or AP Calculus BC.
• AP Art Studio - register for either AP 2-D Art and Design or AP Drawing.
• AP Seminar & AP Research – April 30, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET), is the deadline for students to submit performance tasks as final.
