Important Graduation Reminders

Graduation
Good morning, Parents, Students and Families, 

I imagine over the last few weeks you and your graduate have been enjoying all of the celebrations and are excited for tomorrow's graduation ceremony.
Here are key items to be aware of for tomorrow:
  • Graduation Ceremony is Saturday, June 28, 2024 at 9:00 am
  • Graduates are to report directly to the North Gym in their caps and gowns at 8:00 am.
  • Weather: We are planning for graduation to be outside. If the weather forecast changes to include thunder and lighting, or heavy rainfall during the ceremony, we will send out communication of any changes.
  • The ceremony will be livestreamed for guests who are unable to attend the ceremony, and can be accessed from the following website. (The livestream will also be playing in our high school auditorium during the ceremony): HFTornadoNews.org/live 
  • Shuttle service will be available from both the North and South parking lot entrances for anyone who may need a transport to the Athletic Field and will include an accessible shuttle for persons requiring physical assistance from the South lot.
  • After the ceremony ONLY Students will return to the North Gymnasium to pick up their official diplomas immediately after the graduation ceremony.
